  • 2018 Avrupa Konutları Atakent 4, consisting of 12 commercial units and 519 apartments, has been completed. Avrupa Konutları Kale 2, consisting of 23 commercial units and 270 apartments, has been completed. Avrupa Office Ataşehir, consisting of 137 commercial units, has been completed. Vadistanbul Park, with 804 apartments, has been completed.
  • 2019 Radisson Blu Hotel, Vadistanbul, with 193 rooms, 386 beds, has been opened. Tema İstanbul Bahçe, with 263 apartments, has been completed. Radisson Residences, Vadistanbul, with 169 residences,has been opened. Serving with 148 residence apartments since 2012 Avrupa Residence Suites, started to serve under the name Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM.
  • 2020 The President Hotel, serving with 204 rooms since 1989, has been operating as Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul. Citadel Hotel, serving with 31 rooms since 1991, was renamed Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet. First phase of Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler consists of 545 apartments is completed.
  • 2021 Avrupa Konutları Atakent B consisting of 362 apartments, 9 commercial units and Atakent 4 C consisting of 296 apartments, 11 commercial units have been completed. Radisson Blu Hotel, Mount Erciyes, with 60 rooms and 120 beds, has been opened.
  • 2022 Construction of Avrupa Konutları Saklıvadi consists of 227 apartments and Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi with 164 rooms started. Construction of Artaş Ticaret ve Sanayi Merkezi, consists of 301 stores, started. Construction of Avrupa Konutları Esentepe, consists of 865 residences, started. Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi, with 65 rooms, 208 beds, has been opened. Forum Trabzon AVM joined Artaş Holding. Avrupa Konutları Çamlıvadi, with 855 apartments, has been completed. Turkey's first steel rope and wire factory Çelik Halat was incorporated into Artaş Holding.
  • 2023 Construction of Avrupa Residence Yamanevler, consisting of 7 offices, 16 commercial units and 343 apartments, started. Construction of Avrupa Konutları Ata, consisting of 14 commercial units and 413 apartments, started. Construction of Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle, consisting of 50 commercial units and 754 apartments, started. Tema İstanbul 2 with 2.280 apartments and 70 villas have been completed. Electric vehicle charging systems Efish was established.
  • 2024 Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach joined Artaş Holding. Solar Energy Systems established in Pınarbaşı district of Kayseri started energy production.
