Artaş Holding was founded in 1977 by Süleyman Çetinsaya. The holding, which has been operating in the real estate, retail and tourism sectors for more than 47 years, has also recently stepped into the industrial and energy sectors.
With its first company Artaş İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., the Holding produced housing, shopping malls, commercial and industrial buildings. It has developed into a group with more than 25 companies and has been among Turkey's tax record holders for the last 30 years.
It is one of the pioneers of branding in the housing market with its "Avrupa Konutları" brand. It has become an example with its projects that offer a qualified lifestyle with landscaping and social facilities beyond housing.
