ARTAŞ Holding has undertaken the construction of numerous hotels in the tourism sector. Among its investments, Radisson President Old Town Istanbul and Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet continue to operate in Istanbul, while Radisson Blu Hotel Kayseri serves guests in Kayseri. At the beginning of 2019, ARTAŞ Holding completed the construction of Radisson Collection Vadistanbul, located within the Vadistanbul project, and opened it for operation. The company subsequently expanded its cooperation with the international hotel group by launching Radisson Residences Vadistanbul. Radisson Blu Hotel Mount Erciyes, located on Mount Erciyes in Kayseri, one of Türkiye’s most popular winter tourism destinations, was later added to the Group’s portfolio. The Group then entered into an agreement with Accor Group for two residential buildings it had constructed to operate as Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi and Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi. Most recently, Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach became part of the Holding’s portfolio following its acquisition by Avrupakent GYO, a subsidiary of ARTAŞ.
