Constructed by the Artaş Group, Carousel, Turkey’s 4th shopping mall, has pioneered many firsts in the sector. As one of the country’s first mixed-use projects, Carousel AVM hosts Acıbadem Hospital, one of the institutions equipped with advanced technology. Among its innovations are: a 45-meter-long shop window — the longest glass façade in Turkey, a pyramid covered with special glass that eliminates the greenhouse effect allowing daylight to filter in and create a spacious circulation area, a fully equipped helicopter landing pad accessible through the mall itself, an exterior cladding of granite and ceramic over glass wool that provides exceptional insulation, and an acoustic system that prevents disturbing noise even when the mall is fully occupied. These are just some of the firsts Carousel AVM has brought to the sector.
