Serhan Çetinsaya was born in Istanbul in 1990. After completing his primary and secondary education in Istanbul, he continued his education in Switzerland. After completing his studies at the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, he travelled to South Florida. After studying at Palm Beach State College for the first two years, he graduated from Florida International University in Construction Management and Engineering.

Çetinsaya, who returned to Turkey in 2014, started to work on the Avrupa Konutları Kale project and then became the head of the Vadistanbul project. Apart from construction and architecture, he also contributed to the family business with investments in shopping centres, tourism and projects.

Serhan Çetinsaya, who is currently the project director responsible for all construction projects of Artaş İnşaat under the Avrupa Konutları brand, has gained significant experience in the shopping centre and retail sector. In 2016, he established a new brand under the name Workland Smart Solutions, which offers serviced and virtual office rental opportunities. At the same time, he has tourism activities carried out in parallel with his family. He continues to manage tourism in seven different hotels in Istanbul, Bodrum and Kayseri.

Serhan Çetinsaya is also a member of the Board of Directors of KONUTDER (Association of Housing Developers and Investors), GYODER (Association of Real Estate Investors) and AYD (Association of Shopping Centres Investors).

Serhan Çetinsaya is married with two children and speaks English.
