Serhan ÇETİNSAYA

Chairman

Serhan Çetinsaya was born in İstanbul in 1990. Having completed his primary and secondary education in İstanbul, he maintained his high school education in Switzerland. Following his education at Institut auf dem Rosenberg, he graduated from Construction Management and Engineering department in Florida International University (FIU).

Returned to Türkiye in 2014, Çetinsaya was assigned as the project director of Vadistanbul Project soon after his employment in Avrupa Konutları Kale Project. In addition to construction and architecture at the Family Company; he extended his field of activity with shopping mall, tourism and project-based investments.

At the moment, he works as a project director in charge of all construction projects of Avrupa Konutları brand under the roof Artaş Construction. In addition to his leadership in real estate, he also gained significant experiences in shopping mall and retail sectors. Furthermore, he serves as the Executive Board Member of Avrupakent GYO featuring 211,000 square meters of leasable area.

Having established Workland Smart Solutions brand in 2016 that enables serviced and virtual office rental options, he provided the business world with innovative solutions. As part of tourism investments; he maintains management of 12 different hotels including world famous brands such as Radisson, Mövenpick, Swissôtel, Marriott mainly in İstanbul, Bodrum and Kayseri.

Through his role as Committee Chairman of Artaş Venture Capital and as an executive at Artaş Energy, he is involved in strategic investments in technology, venture capital, and renewable energy sectors. In addition to this, he continues his role in the industrial sector as the Chairman of the Board of Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii AŞ, Turkey’s first steel wire rope and wire factory.

Taking an active role in the sports sector as well, Serhan Çetinsaya has served as Deputy Chairman in Board of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club (BJK).

Serhan Çetinsaya is also a Board Member of the Association of Housing Developers and Investors (KONUTDER), the Real Estate Investors Association (GYODER), the Shopping Malls and Investors Association (AYD), and the Istanbul Informatics Valley.

Married and father of two children, Serhan Çetinsaya is proficient in English.
